Description
50 Ohm AccuStability Coaxial Cable | TPU/FEP Jacket | LD PTFE Dielectric
The ROSNOL AS40A R-Test AccuStability coaxial cable is designed for high-frequency RF and microwave systems up to 40 GHz. It incorporates a solid silver-plated copper (SPC) inner conductor, low-density PTFE dielectric, and dual silver-plated copper shielding layers. The cable is jacketed with FEP, TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), and braided fiber, with an overall diameter of Ø6.00 mm [Ø0.236 in]. Minimum static bend radius is 10.00 mm [0.394 in], supporting over 5,000 flexures.Electrical specifications include 85.8 pF/m capacitance, 80% signal velocity, 3.94 ns/m signal delay, and insulation resistance ≥ 1×10⁸ MΩ/m. Shielding effectiveness is ≥ 100 dB up to 18 GHz, with a withstand voltage of 1.9 kVrms. Phase stability vs bending is ±5.0° typical / ±9.5° max, and amplitude stability is ±0.10 dB typical / ±0.20 dB max. Attenuation ranges from 1.70 dB/m (0.52 dB/ft) at 18 GHz to 2.84 dB/m (0.87 dB/ft) at 40 GHz. Max CW power is 155 W at 18 GHz.
ROSNOL’s cable solutions are precision-engineered to meet the rigorous demands of RF and microwave transmission systems.
