Description

50 Ohm Semi-Flexible Coaxial Cable | FEP Jacket | PTFE Dielectric*

The ROSNOL RSF-250-FEP is a 50 Ohm semi-flexible coaxial cable engineered for microwave systems up to 18 GHz. It features a silver-plated copper inner conductor (∅1.65 mm / 0.065 in), PTFE dielectric (∅5.25 mm / 0.207 in), and a tin-plated copper braid (∅6.30 mm / 0.248 in), enclosed in a flame-resistant blue FEP jacket (∅6.85 mm / 0.270 in). The cable supports a minimum bending radius of 30 mm (1.181 in) and operates from -65°C to +150°C.

Electrical performance includes 98 pF/m capacitance, 70% signal velocity, and 4.70 ns/m signal delay. It provides insulation resistance ≥ 1×10⁸ MΩ/m and screening effectiveness ≥ 100 dB up to 18 GHz. Typical attenuation ranges from 0.16 dB/m at 0.5 GHz to 1.42 dB/m at 18 GHz, with maximum CW power handling of 1831 W. The RSF-250-FEP is RoHS compliant and ideal for high-frequency, flame-retardant applications.

ROSNOL’s cable solutions are precision-engineered to meet the rigorous demands of RF and microwave transmission systems. Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes, ROSNOL cables deliver consistent high quality and performance at competitive pricing, making them a reliable alternative to products from leading European and American brands. All ROSNOL cables are fully compliant with global environmental and safety regulations, including RoHS and REACH. Customization services for materials, shielding, and mechanical design are available to support specialized application requirements.
