Description

50 Ohm Semi-Flexible Coaxial Cable | Tin-Plated Copper Shield | PTFE Dielectric

The ROSNOL RSF-141 is a 50 Ohm semi-flexible coaxial cable designed for microwave applications up to 26.5 GHz. It features a steel inner conductor plated with copper and silver (∅0.92 mm / 0.0362 in), PTFE dielectric, and a tin-plated copper shield (∅3.58 mm / 0.1409 in). With a minimum bending radius of 9.53 mm (0.375 in) and weight of 43 g/m, this cable offers excellent mechanical stability and thermal performance from -40°C to +120°C.

Electrical specifications include 95.2 pF/m capacitance, 70% signal velocity, and 4.7 ns/m signal delay. It provides insulation resistance ≥ 1×10⁸ MΩ/m and screening effectiveness ≥ 100 dB up to 18 GHz. Typical attenuation ranges from 0.30 dB/m at 0.5 GHz to 2.95 dB/m at 26.5 GHz, with maximum CW power handling of 491.7 W at lower frequencies. The RSF-141 is RoHS compliant and suitable for high-frequency interconnects.

ROSNOL’s cable solutions are precision-engineered to meet the rigorous demands of RF and microwave transmission systems. Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes, ROSNOL cables deliver consistent high quality and performance at competitive pricing, making them a reliable alternative to products from leading European and American brands. All ROSNOL cables are fully compliant with global environmental and safety regulations, including RoHS and REACH. Customization services for materials, shielding, and mechanical design are available to support specialized application requirements.
