Description

50 Ohm Semi-Flexible Coaxial Cable | FEP Jacket | PTFE Dielectric

The ROSNOL RSF-085C-FEP is a 50 Ohm semi-flexible coaxial cable designed for high-frequency microwave systems up to 61 GHz. It features a silver-plated copper inner conductor (∅0.5105 mm / 0.0201 in), PTFE dielectric (∅1.676 mm / 0.066 in), and a tin-dipped copper braid shield (∅2.159 mm / 0.085 in), enclosed in a flame-resistant FEP jacket (∅2.692 mm / 0.106 in). The cable supports a minimum bend radius of 3.175 mm (0.125 in) and operates from -55°C to +200°C.

Electrical characteristics include 95.2 pF/m capacitance, 4.7 ns/m signal delay, and voltage withstanding up to 4800 Vrms. Typical attenuation ranges from 17.2 dB/100 ft at 0.5 GHz to 208.6 dB/100 ft at 50 GHz, with maximum CW power handling of 200.5 W at lower frequencies. The RSF-085C-FEP is RoHS compliant and ideal for precision RF applications requiring high shielding and thermal stability.

ROSNOL’s cable solutions are precision-engineered to meet the rigorous demands of RF and microwave transmission systems. Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes, ROSNOL cables deliver consistent high quality and performance at competitive pricing, making them a reliable alternative to products from leading European and American brands. All ROSNOL cables are fully compliant with global environmental and safety regulations, including RoHS and REACH. Customization services for materials, shielding, and mechanical design are available to support specialized application requirements.
