Description
50 Ohm Semi-Flexible Coaxial Cable | FEP Jacket | PTFE Dielectric
The ROSNOL RSF-047-FEP is a 50 Ohm semi-flexible coaxial cable designed for high-frequency microwave applications up to 65 GHz. It features a steel inner conductor plated with copper and silver (∅0.287 mm / 0.0113 in), PTFE dielectric, and a tin-plated copper shield (∅1.14 mm / 0.0449 in), enclosed in a fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) jacket (∅1.44 mm / 0.0567 in). With a minimum bending radius of 1.7 mm (0.0669 in) and weight of 7.9 g/m, this cable offers excellent flexibility and thermal stability from -65°C to +150°C.Electrical performance includes 95.2 pF/m capacitance, 70% signal velocity, and 4.7 ns/m signal delay. It provides insulation resistance ≥ 1×10⁸ MΩ/m and screening effectiveness ≥ 100 dB up to 18 GHz. Typical attenuation ranges from 0.98 dB/m at 0.5 GHz to 12.93 dB/m at 65 GHz, with maximum CW power handling of 73 W. The RSF-047-FEP is RoHS compliant and ideal for compact, high-frequency interconnects.
ROSNOL’s cable solutions are precision-engineered to meet the rigorous demands of RF and microwave transmission systems.
