Description

50 Ohm Flexible Coaxial Cable | PVC Jacket | Gas Injected Foamed Polyethylene Dielectric

The ROSNOL RNL-900 is a 50 Ohm low-loss coaxial cable engineered for high-power RF and microwave systems operating from DC to 8 GHz. It features a solid copper-clad aluminum inner conductor and a gas-injected foamed polyethylene dielectric, shielded by aluminum tape and a tinned copper braid with 85% coverage. The PVC jacket (∅22.1 mm / 0.8701 in) ensures rugged protection. The cable supports a static bending radius of 76.2 mm (3.000 in), withstanding up to 5 kVrms and peak power ≥ 62 kW.

Electrical specifications include 76.6 pF/m capacitance, 87% signal velocity, and 3.83 ns/m signal delay. Typical attenuation ranges from 0.22 dB/m at 0.15 GHz to 1.6 dB/m at 5.8 GHz, with maximum CW power handling of 8890 W. The RNL-900 is fully compatible with Times Microwave’s LMR-900, offering a robust and efficient solution for high-power transmission systems.

ROSNOL’s cable solutions are precision-engineered to meet the rigorous demands of RF and microwave transmission systems. Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes, ROSNOL cables deliver consistent high quality and performance at competitive pricing, making them a reliable alternative to products from leading European and American brands. All ROSNOL cables are fully compliant with global environmental and safety regulations, including RoHS and REACH. Customization services for materials, shielding, and mechanical design are available to support specialized application requirements.
