Description

50 Ohm Flexible Coaxial Cable | PVC Jacket | Gas Injected Foamed Polyethylene Dielectric

The ROSNOL RNL-600 is a 50 Ohm low-loss coaxial cable designed for RF and microwave systems operating from DC to 6 GHz. It features a solid copper-clad aluminum inner conductor (∅4.47 mm / 0.1760 in) and a gas-injected foamed polyethylene dielectric (∅11.57 mm / 0.4555 in), shielded by aluminum tape and an aluminum alloy braid (∅12.5 mm / 0.4921 in). The PVC jacket (∅15.0 mm / 0.5906 in) provides robust protection. The cable supports a static bending radius of 38.1 mm (1.500 in), withstanding up to 4 kVrms and peak power ≥ 40 kW.

Electrical performance includes 77 pF/m capacitance, 87% signal velocity, and 3.83 ns/m signal delay. Typical attenuation ranges from 0.03 dB/m at 0.15 GHz to 0.24 dB/m at 5.8 GHz, with maximum CW power handling of 2410 W. The RNL-600 is fully compatible with Times Microwave’s LMR-600, offering a high-power, low-loss alternative for demanding RF applications.

ROSNOL’s cable solutions are precision-engineered to meet the rigorous demands of RF and microwave transmission systems. Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes, ROSNOL cables deliver consistent high quality and performance at competitive pricing, making them a reliable alternative to products from leading European and American brands. All ROSNOL cables are fully compliant with global environmental and safety regulations, including RoHS and REACH. Customization services for materials, shielding, and mechanical design are available to support specialized application requirements.
