Description
50 Ohm Flexible Coaxial Cable | PVC Jacket | Solid Polyethylene Dielectric
The ROSNOL RNL-100A is a 50 Ohm low-loss coaxial cable engineered for RF and microwave applications from DC to 8 GHz. It features a copper-clad steel inner conductor (∅0.46 mm / 0.0181 in) and a solid polyethylene dielectric (∅1.52 mm / 0.0598 in), shielded by aluminum tape and a tinned copper braid (∅2.11 mm / 0.0831 in). The durable PVC jacket (∅2.79 mm / 0.1098 in) ensures flexibility and protection. With a static bending radius of 6.4 mm (0.252 in) and dynamic radius of 25.4 mm (1.000 in), the cable supports up to 2 kVrms operating voltage at sea level.Electrical performance includes 101.1 pF/m capacitance, 66% signal velocity, and 5.05 ns/m signal delay. Typical attenuation ranges from 0.29 dB/m at 0.15 GHz to 2.54 dB/m at 8 GHz, with maximum CW power handling of 100 W at lower frequencies. The cable operates reliably in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. The RNL-100A is fully compatible with Times Microwave’s LMR 100, offering a cost-effective and high-performance alternative for systems requiring equivalent specifications.
ROSNOL’s cable solutions are precision-engineered to meet the rigorous demands of RF and microwave transmission systems. Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes, ROSNOL cables deliver consistent high quality and performance at competitive pricing, making them a reliable alternative to products from leading European and American brands. All ROSNOL cables are fully compliant with global environmental and safety regulations, including RoHS and REACH. Customization services for materials, shielding, and mechanical design are available to support specialized application requirements.
