50 Ohm Flexible Coaxial Cable | FEP Jacket | PTFE Dielectric
The ROSNOL RG-178-C is a non-magnetic 50-ohm coaxial cable designed for RF applications up to 6 GHz. It features a silver-plated copper inner conductor (0.31 mm [0.012 inch]), PTFE dielectric (0.84 mm [0.033 inch]), and silver-plated copper shield (1.35 mm [0.053 inch]). Capacitance is 95 pF/m with 70% velocity of propagation and screening effectiveness ≥ 40 dB. Attenuation ranges from 0.18 dB/ft [0.58 dB/m] at 0.1 GHz to 1.26 dB/ft [4.13 dB/m] at 6 GHz.The cable is jacketed with FEP (1.80 mm [0.071 inch]), supports static and dynamic bend radii of 10 mm [0.394 inch] and 27 mm [1.063 inch], respectively, and operates up to 0.5 kVrms. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for temperatures from -65°C to +165°C.
