Description
50 Ohm Micro-Coaxial Cable | FEP Jacket | SPCW Centre Wire
The ROSNOL RF 0.81 is a precision-engineered micro-coaxial cable with an outer diameter of 0.81 mm [0.032 inch], optimized for compact RF and microwave interconnect applications. Designed to operate from DC to 6 GHz, it features a 50 ± 5 Ω impedance, low VSWR (≤ 1.4), and excellent signal integrity with a capacitance of 98 pF/m and 70% velocity of propagation. Attenuation values range from 0.95 dB/ft [3.1 dB/m] at 1 GHz to 2.59 dB/ft [8.5 dB/m] at 6 GHz, making it suitable for high-frequency signal transmission in space-constrained environments.Constructed with a silver-plated copper wire (SPCW) inner conductor, FEP dielectric and jacket, and a tinned copper braid, the RF 0.81 offers robust mechanical and thermal performance. It supports a minimum static bend radius of 3.2 mm [0.126 inch] and operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -65°C to +200°C. The cable is RoHS compliant and rated for 30 V with dielectric strength up to 500 V/min.
ROSNOL’s micro-coaxial cable solutions are developed to meet the evolving demands of high-density RF systems. Each cable is manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes, ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and compliance with global environmental standards. Custom configurations and engineering support are available to meet specific design and performance requirements.
