The ROSNOL TNC2EBFS50-0085A/91 is a straight TNC jack designed for direct solder attachment with sealing, suitable for high-frequency RF applications. Supporting 50 Ω impedance and operating up to 11 GHz, it features a screw-lock coupling mechanism, a soldered centre contact, and a sealed soldered cable entry. The connector’s mechanical structure includes a square flange of 17.5 mm [0.690"], with mounting hole spacing of 12.7 mm [0.500"], and a body length of 23.9 mm [0.942"]. The mounting holes are Ø3.2 mm [0.126"], and the rear barrel diameter is Ø3.4 mm [0.134"], with a sealing interface dimension of 12.75 mm [0.502"]. The front mating interface is threaded in 7/16-28UNEF-2A, ensuring secure panel integration and environmental sealing.

The body and barrel are made of brass with gold plating (50 µinch) over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating (120 µinch). The centre contact is beryllium copper with identical plating. The connector includes a PTFE insulator and silicone rubber gasket. Compatible with .085, .086, RG405, and SS405 cables.
