TNC Plug (Male) Connector | Crimped Cable Entry | Nickel-Plated Brass Body | LMR-400 / RNL-400
The ROSNOL TNC Plug (Male) Connector, model TNC1C50-R400A/133, is engineered for reliable RF signal transmission in broadband applications from DC to 6 GHz. Designed with a controlled 50-ohm impedance, this connector delivers stable electrical performance with a typical VSWR of ≤ 1.30 and low insertion loss specified at ≤ 0.06 × √F (GHz) dB. These characteristics support consistent signal integrity for high-quality RF cable terminations.
This connector features a screw-on coupling mechanism and supports at least 500 mating cycles. A crimped cable entry combined with a center contact that can be soldered or crimped ensures secure mechanical retention and repeatable electrical performance. Contact resistance is tightly controlled, with center contact resistance ≤ 1.5 mΩ and outer contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ. Power handling capability reaches up to 80 W at 2 GHz, suitable for demanding RF interconnect requirements.
The TNC1C50-R400A/133 is constructed with a nickel-plated brass body, coupling nut, and crimp ferrules, paired with a gold-plated brass center contact using non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. PTFE insulation and silicone rubber gaskets provide stable dielectric performance across a wide operating temperature range. This connector supports LMR-400, RNL-400, CFD-400, and Belden 9913 coaxial cables, and is manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities with full RoHS and REACH compliance.
