The ROSNOL SMP1E59-0085A/91 is a right-angle SMP plug designed for semi-rigid .085 cables, supporting frequencies from DC to 40 GHz. With a 50Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.3 (≥ 17.7 dB), and insertion loss ≤ 0.12 × √F(GHz) dB, it ensures high-performance signal transmission. The connector features a snap-on coupling mechanism and soldered centre contact and cable entry. Mechanical Data includes mating cycles of ≥1000 (Smooth Bore), ≥500 (Limited Detent), and ≥100 (Full Detent), with engagement forces up to 68 N and disengagement forces down to 2.2 N. Centre contact captivation is rated ≥7 N.The centre contact and nut are precision-machined from beryllium copper with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, ensuring superior conductivity and durability. The body is made of brass with the same plating finish, while the PTFE insulator provides excellent dielectric stability.
