The ROSNOL SMB1D50-G316B/911 is a precision-engineered SMB plug (female) designed for straight clamp cable entry, supporting frequencies from DC to 4 GHz with an impedance of 50 Ω. This connector achieves a maximum VSWR of 1.29 (≥18 dB return loss), ensuring minimal signal reflection and optimal performance in demanding RF environments. The snap-on coupling mechanism allows for secure and efficient mating, with a minimum of 500 mating cycles. The centre contact is captivated axially (≥27 N), and the connector is rated for engagement forces ≥63 N and disengagement forces between 8 N and 63 N.All critical components are manufactured from high-grade materials: the centre contact is beryllium copper with 3 μinch gold plating over 80 μinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, while the body and coupling nut are brass with identical plating. The insulator is PTFE, ensuring excellent dielectric properties. The connector is tested for insulation resistance (≥1x10³ MΩ), centre contact resistance (≤5 mΩ), and outer contact resistance (≤2.5 mΩ). It is suitable for operation from -55°C to +155°C and meets RoHS compliance.
