ROSNOL Q1E50-EZ085A/9XX is a precision-engineered 2.4mm Plug (Male) connector designed for high-frequency performance from DC to 50 GHz. The connector maintains a 50-ohm impedance and ensures stable signal integrity with a maximum VSWR of 1.25. Its screw-lock coupling mechanism provides secure mating, while the plug-in center conductor and soldered cable entry support reliable mechanical engagement. The product structure is optimized for durability, rated for 500 mating cycles with recommended torque control at 0.9 Nm, ensuring long-term stability in RF signal paths.

The center contact is made from beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underlayer. The stainless-steel body is passivated for enhanced corrosion resistance, while the PEI insulator ensures dielectric stability at high frequencies. The brass barrel is also gold-plated to maintain conductivity and mechanical rigidity. This connector supports .085, .086, RG405, and ROSNOL RSR-085, RSF-085, EF405 cables, making it suitable for precision RF transmission and interconnect applications requiring low loss and consistent electrical performance.
