Description
SMA Plug (Male) | Crimped Cable Entry | Screw-lock | Brass Body
The ROSNOL SMA1C50-R240A/144 is an SMA Plug (Male) straight connector designed for stable RF performance from DC to 6 GHz. With a controlled 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.30, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz), and working voltage of 480 V rms, it ensures reliable signal transmission for LMR240 and ROSNOL RNL240 cable assemblies. Mechanical performance includes a screw‑lock coupling mechanism, ≥ 500 mating cycles, coupling‑nut retention ≥ 270 N, axial center‑contact captivation ≥ 27 N, and a recommended torque range of 0.8–1.1 Nm. The connector supports both soldered and crimped center‑pin configurations and features a crimp‑type cable entry for secure termination.Piece parts are constructed for durability and broadband electrical stability: the centre contact is gold‑plated brass with a non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplate; the body, coupling nut, and ferrule are manufactured from a brass copper‑tin‑zinc alloy; the insulator is PTFE for phase stability; and the silicone‑rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. Suitable cable types include LMR240 and ROSNOL RNL240, making this connector ideal for RF communication modules, test instrumentation, and compact coaxial assemblies requiring consistent high‑frequency performance.
ROSNOL’s RF connectors offer high quality at competitive pricing, providing a strong alternative to leading European and American brands. All components are produced in ISO 9001‑certified facilities and fully comply with RoHS and REACH requirements. Customization services for materials, plating options, and mechanical configurations are available to meet specialized RF and microwave system integration needs.
