3.5mm Plug (Male) | Soldered Cable Entry | Screw-lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL PC1E50-0141A/9XX is a precision 3.5mm Plug (Male) connector engineered for high-performance RF applications up to 26.5 GHz. It features a screw-lock coupling mechanism, soldered cable entry, and soldered center contact, with a nominal impedance of 50 Ω. VSWR is ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The connector supports ≥ 500 mating cycles and is compatible with 2.92mm and SMA interfaces.

The body and coupling nut are made of passivated stainless steel, with a gold-plated beryllium copper center contact (non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplated). The insulator is PTFE, and the gasket is silicone rubber. This connector is designed for robust performance under MIL-STD environmental conditions, including thermal shock, vibration, and moisture resistance. Compatible cable types include RG 402 ( ROSNOL EF 402), SR 141, SF 141, such as RSF-141-FEP, RSF-141-PVC cables from ROSNOL.
