The ROSNOL N2CA50-R200A/H4_IP67 is a ruggedized straight bulkhead N Jack (Female) connector designed for 50Ω RF systems, supporting DC to 6 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.8 dB) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F(GHz) dB. It features a screw-lock coupling mechanism, soldered center contact, and crimped cable entry. The connector is tested to MIL-STD standards for thermal shock, vibration, corrosion, and moisture resistance, and supports a minimum of 500 mating cycles. Coupling nut retention is rated ≥ 450 N, and axial center contact captivation ≥ 28 N.This connector is fully IP67 rated, offering complete protection against dust ingress (IP6x) and water immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes (IPx7), making it ideal for outdoor and harsh-environment applications. The body is brass plated with Copper-Tin-Zinc alloy, and the center contact is phosphor bronze with 3 μinch gold plating over 80 μinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The insulator is PTFE, and the gasket is silicone rubber. Crimp ferrules are brass with Copper-Tin-Zinc alloy plating. Compatible cables include Times LMR 200 and ROSNOL RNL 200.
