Key Specifications
Description
N Jack (Female) | Crimped Cable Entry | Screw-lock | Brass Body
The ROSNOL N2C50-G214A/H4 is a high-performance N Jack (Female) connector designed for 50Ω RF systems. It is suitable for a wide range of coaxial cables, including RG213, RG214, RG393, Times LMR400, ROSNOL RNL and Ecoflex 10. This connector operates from DC to 6 GHz, offering excellent electrical performance with a VSWR of ≤ 1.20 (return loss ≥ 20.83 dB).
For mechanical design, the N2C50-G214A/H4 features a secure screw-lock coupling mechanism. The center contact can be terminated by either soldering or crimping. The cable entry is crimped, with crimp dimensions of 10.90 mm [.429 inch] for the ferrule and two different sizes for the center contact: 2.54 mm [.100 inch] for RG series cables and 3 mm [.118 inch] for LMR 400/Ecoflex 10.
Regarding materials, the connector body is made of brass and plated with a Copper-Tin-Zinc alloy. The center contact is phosphor bronze with gold plating over a nickel underlayer. The insulator is PTFE. This product is RoHS and REACH compliant and operates within a temperature range of -65°C to +165°C, making it suitable for demanding environments.
