The ROSNOL MD1E59-0141A/144 is a right-angle 4.1-9.5 plug (male) connector designed for high-power RF applications up to 6 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance. It features a robust screw-lock coupling mechanism, soldered center contact, and soldered cable entry for secure mechanical retention and stable signal performance. With a VSWR of ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F(GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, this connector ensures low intermodulation and high reliability. It supports RG405, SS405, Semi-Rigid 0.141 (RSR-141), Semi-Flex 0.141 (RSF-141) and EF402 cables. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +165°C, with IP68 protection when mated.The connector body and coupling nut are made of brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating for enhanced durability. The center contact is brass with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The insulator is PTFE, and the gasket is silicone rubber for environmental sealing. The connector withstands 2500 V test voltage and handles up to 500 W at 2 GHz. Mechanical specifications include ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation > 30 N, radial captivation > 5 Ncm, and recommended torque of 5 Nm.
