The ROSNOL MCX1C59-G178A/1H is a right-angle MCX plug (male) connector designed for RF applications up to 6 GHz with a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω. It features a snap-lock coupling mechanism for quick and secure mating, a soldered center contact, and a crimped cable entry for reliable strain relief. With a VSWR of ≤ 1.22 (≥ 20 dB) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 dB, this connector ensures excellent signal transmission performance across the full frequency range. It is compatible with RG 178B and RG 196A cables and operates reliably in environments ranging from −55°C to +155°C.The connector body is made of phosphor bronze with gold plating over a nickel underlayer, providing durability and corrosion resistance. The center contact and crimp ferrules are brass with gold plating, while the insulator is made of PTFE for superior dielectric stability. Crimp ferrule dimensions are optimized for secure and consistent cable termination.
