MCX Plug (Male) | Crimped Cable Entry | Slide-on | Phosphor Bronze Body

The ROSNOL MCX1C59-G316A/1H is a right-angle MCX plug (male) connector designed for RF applications up to 6 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance. It features a slide-on coupling mechanism for quick mating, a soldered center contact, and a crimped cable entry for secure mechanical retention. With a VSWR of ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB), insertion loss ≤ 0.1 × √F(GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 1 GΩ, this connector ensures reliable signal transmission and low loss. It supports RG 174, RG 188, and RG 316 cables. Operating temperature range is −55°C to +155°C.

The connector body is made of phosphor bronze with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The center contact, ferrule, and cover are brass with identical plating specifications. The insulator is PTFE, ensuring excellent dielectric performance. Crimp ferrules are dimensioned for secure and consistent cable termination.
