The ROSNOL MCX1C59-G178A/91 is a right-angle MCX plug (male) connector optimized for RF systems up to 6 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance. It features a snap-lock coupling mechanism, soldered center contact, and crimped cable entry for secure mechanical retention. With a VSWR of ≤ 1.22 (≥ 20 dB) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 dB, this connector ensures minimal signal loss and high reliability. It is compatible with RG 178B and RG 196A cables and performs reliably across a temperature range of −55°C to +155°C.The body is made of brass with gold plating over a nickel underlayer, while the center contact is beryllium copper for enhanced spring performance and durability. Crimp ferrules are brass with gold plating, and the insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric properties. Crimp ferrule dimensions are tailored for consistent cable termination.
