The ROSNOL K2E50-EZ085A/99 is a 2.92mm jack connector designed for .085, .086, RG 405, and Rosnol RSR-085, RSF-085, EF 405 cables. It supports soldered and solderless contact attachment, with a 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB), and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz). The connector features a screw-lock coupling mechanism, plug-in center contact, and soldered cable entry. RF leakage is ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz, and it operates from −55°C to +165°C.
The center contact and body are beryllium copper with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The barrel is brass with identical plating, and the insulator is PEI. The connector is mechanically compatible with 3.5mm and SMA interfaces and meets MIL-STD standards for environmental durability.
