1.85mm Plug (Male) | Field Replaceable | Screw-lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL V1BT50-0009B/9XX connector is a high-frequency field-replaceable solution engineered for demanding RF and microwave applications. Featuring a screw-lock coupling mechanism, it supports 50 Ω impedance and operates from DC to 67 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.25 (≥19.08 dB return loss). Electrical performance includes insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F(GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and test voltage up to 500 V rms. The connector is rated for 150 V rms working voltage and ensures RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz.

Constructed for durability, the center contact is made of beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, while the body and coupling nut are stainless steel with a passivated finish. The insulator is PS, and a silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. Mechanical integrity is guaranteed with ≥500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥20 N, and coupling torque of 1.65 Nm. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +165°C.
