The ROSNOL PCA2BT50-0015A/9X connector is a precision-engineered field-replaceable solution designed for high-frequency RF and microwave systems. Featuring a screw-lock coupling mechanism, it supports 50 Ω impedance and operates from DC to 27 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥23.13 dB return loss). Electrical performance includes insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F(GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and test voltage up to 1000 V rms. The connector is rated for 480 V rms working voltage and handles up to 200 W at 2 GHz, ensuring RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz.

Built for durability and precision, the center contact is made of beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, while the body is stainless steel with a passivated finish. PTFE insulation provides excellent dielectric properties. Mechanical integrity is guaranteed with ≥500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥27 N, and coupling torque of 1.70 Nm. The connector accommodates pins of Ø0.38 mm [.015] with a maximum depth of 2.54 mm [.100]. Operating temperature range is -65°C to +165°C.
