2.92mm Field Replaceable | Screw-lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL HS-K2BT50-0012A/9X is a 2.92mm field replaceable jack featuring a 15.88mm (0.625") long flange and hermetic glass bead construction. Designed for high-frequency applications up to 40 GHz, it offers a 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.45, and insertion loss ≤ 1.2 dB. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure mating with ≥ 500 cycles, while axial center contact captivation ≥ 20 N enhances mechanical reliability. Hole spacing and flange dimensions are optimized for panel integration.

This connector integrates a beryllium copper center contact with 3 µin gold plating over 80 µin non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body and coupling nut are made of passivated stainless steel, while the insulator is PEI/PTFE and the gasket is silicone rubber. The hermetic seal is achieved using Corning 7070 glass and gold-plated Kovar components.
