Description

SMA PCB Connector | End Launch | Brass Body

The ROSNOL SMA2H1A50-1408C/91 is a high-performance SMA Jack (female) connector designed for straight PCB end launch applications. It features a screw-lock coupling mechanism ensuring secure mating with a minimum of 500 cycles. Engineered for DC to 18 GHz operation, it offers excellent electrical performance including ≤1.25 VSWR, ≤0.03√f(GHz) dB insertion loss, and ≥5 GΩ insulation resistance. The connector is equipped with axial center contact captivation ≥20 N and supports up to 200 W @ 2 GHz power handling.

Installation is facilitated by its end launch mounting style, and the terminal interface is optimized for minimal RF leakage (≤100 dB up to 1 GHz). The center contact is made of beryllium copper with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, while the body is brass with nickel plating. PTFE is used as the insulator material, ensuring stability across a wide temperature range (-65°C to +165°C).

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF connectors offer a competitive alternative to products from leading manufacturers in Europe, the USA, and other global markets. All Rosnol RF components are precision-manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities, and are fully RoHS and REACH compliant, ensuring environmental safety and global regulatory alignment. Customization services for plating, materials, and mechanical design are available upon request.
