The ROSNOL MCX2I50-0773A/H1 connector delivers reliable RF performance for PCB-mounted applications. It supports 50 Ω impedance and operates from DC to 6 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥20.83 dB return loss). Electrical characteristics include insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F(GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 1 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 5.0 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2.5 mΩ. Rated for 750 V rms test voltage and 335 V rms working voltage, this connector ensures consistent signal integrity for high-frequency designs.The center contact is made of phosphor bronze with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, while the body is brass with the same plating. PTFE insulation ensures excellent dielectric performance. Mechanical integrity includes snap-lock coupling, ≥500 mating cycles, engagement force ≤25 N, disengagement force between 8 N and 20 N, and center contact captivation ≥10 N. The connector operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C and meets RoHS compliance for global environmental standards.
