Description
SSMA Panel Connector | Stainless Steel Body | Stub Terminal | Epoxy Captivation
The ROSNOL SSMA2GTB50-1960A-EC/9X is a precision SSMA jack engineered for RF applications from DC to 18 GHz. It features a stub terminal and a 2-hole flange mount with 8.3 mm (.327 inch) spacing, offering secure solder attachment and mechanical reliability. Epoxy captivation enhances contact stability under vibration and shock, with torque ratings up to 1.7 Nm and ≥500 mating cycles.Built with a passivated stainless steel body and beryllium copper center contact plated with 3 µinch gold over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, the connector ensures durability and optimal electrical performance. The PTFE insulator supports a temperature range from −65°C to +165°C. Electrical specifications include ≤1.30 VSWR, ≤0.03√F(GHz) dB insertion loss, ≥5 GΩ insulation resistance, and ≤200 W power handling at 2 GHz.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF connectors offer a competitive alternative to products from leading manufacturers in Europe, the USA, and other global markets. All Rosnol RF components are precision-manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities, and are fully RoHS and REACH compliant, ensuring environmental safety and global regulatory alignment. Customization services for plating, materials, and mechanical design are available upon request.
