Description
SMP Panel Connector | Brass Body | Stub Terminal | Snap-Lock Coupling
The ROSNOL SMP1GTA50-LD1032A/91 is a high-frequency SMP plug engineered for DC to 18 GHz applications. It features a stub terminal and 2-hole flange mount with 12.22 mm (.481 inch) spacing, providing secure solder attachment and mechanical stability. The limited detent snap-lock coupling mechanism supports ≥500 mating cycles, with engagement and disengagement forces optimized for modular RF systems. This connector is built with a brass body and beryllium copper center contact, both plated with 3 µinch gold over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The PTFE insulator ensures dielectric stability across a temperature range of −65°C to +155°C. Electrical specifications include ≤1.2 VSWR, ≤0.1√F(GHz) dB insertion loss, ≥5 GΩ insulation resistance, and 335 V rms working voltage.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF connectors offer a competitive alternative to products from leading manufacturers in Europe, the USA, and other global markets. All Rosnol RF components are precision-manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities, and are fully RoHS and REACH compliant, ensuring environmental safety and global regulatory alignment. Customization services for plating, materials, and mechanical design are available upon request.
