The ROSNOL SMB1GFB50-1750A/H11 is a precision-engineered SMB plug connector designed for secure screw-lock coupling and reliable RF performance. It features a solder cup terminal and a 4-hole flange mount with 8.6 mm (0.340 inch) hole spacing. Electrical specifications include 50 Ω impedance, DC to 4 GHz frequency range, VSWR ≤ 1.22 (≥ 20 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.1√f (GHz) dB. The connector supports a working voltage of 250 V rms at sea level, insulation resistance ≥ 1 GΩ, and RF leakage ≥ 55 dB up to 1 GHz. Mechanical durability is ensured with ≥ 500 mating cycles, engagement force ≥ 63 N, and axial captivation ≥ 10 N.

Constructed from high-quality materials, the center contact and body are made of brass with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, ensuring excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The insulator is PTFE for superior dielectric performance. The soldered center contact and captivated design provide robust mechanical integrity for demanding environments.
