Description
SMA Panel Connector | Stainless Steel Body | Flat Terminal | Epoxy Captivation
The ROSNOL SMA2GTD50-2000A/9X is a high-frequency SMA jack designed for DC to 18 GHz applications. It features a flat terminal and a 2-hole flange mount with 12.22 mm (.481 inch) spacing, enabling secure solder attachment and robust mechanical integration. Epoxy captivation of the center contact ensures enhanced stability under vibration and mechanical stress, with torque ratings up to 1.7 Nm and ≥500 mating cycles. This connector is constructed with a passivated stainless steel body and a beryllium copper center contact plated with 3 µinch gold over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The PTFE insulator supports a broad operating temperature range from −65°C to +165°C. Electrical specifications include ≤1.30 VSWR, ≤0.05√F(GHz) dB insertion loss, and ≥200 W power handling at 2 GHz.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF connectors offer a competitive alternative to products from leading manufacturers in Europe, the USA, and other global markets. All Rosnol RF components are precision-manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities, and are fully RoHS and REACH compliant, ensuring environmental safety and global regulatory alignment. Customization services for plating, materials, and mechanical design are available upon request.
