Description
SMA Panel Connector | Stainless Steel Body | Solder Cup Terminal | Epoxy Captivation
The ROSNOL SMA2GTB50-1450A/9X is a high-frequency SMA jack engineered for applications spanning DC to 18 GHz. It features a solder cup terminal and a 2-hole flange mount with 12.22 mm (.481 inch) spacing, ensuring secure mechanical integration. Epoxy captivation of the center contact enhances stability under axial and radial stress, supporting torque ratings up to 1.7 Nm and a minimum of 500 mating cycles. This connector is constructed with a passivated stainless steel body and a beryllium copper center contact, plated with 3 µinch gold over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. The PTFE insulator supports a wide operating temperature range from −65°C to +165°C. Electrical specifications include ≤1.30 VSWR, ≤0.05√F(GHz) dB insertion loss, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF connectors offer a competitive alternative to products from leading manufacturers in Europe, the USA, and other global markets. All Rosnol RF components are precision-manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities, and are fully RoHS and REACH compliant, ensuring environmental safety and global regulatory alignment. Customization services for plating, materials, and mechanical design are available upon request.
